Paused

An ecosystem for competitive gaming — co-founded as a teenager, winner of the PostFinance young-entrepreneur competition, paused today with a revival in sight.

Context

ExaQueue grew from a simple observation: gaming eats time — why shouldn’t that time also create real experience and real value? Started in 2018 as a teenager, with two co-founders and later a six-person team, it became an ecosystem for competitive gaming: “Make your gaming experience earn real life exp.”

Problem

Gaming monetisation worked for platforms and publishers — not for the players themselves. ExaQueue set out to build the bridge: competition, community and reward in one system.

Process

This section is being worked out together with Daniel — milestones, discarded approaches and the road to the competition are coming. (Draft, to be verified.)

Result

As early as 2019 came the win at PostFinance’s young-entrepreneur competition — an externally verifiable milestone, documented on the PostFinance business blog.

Learnings & status

The project is paused, not ended: the reassessment is planned for after my studies, and the community project Exact is already running as a marketing precursor. The way back has a name — ExaQueue 2.0. Declaring pauses openly is part of this archive’s ethos.
